On the way to Bari, we made a short stop to meet Shkelzen Veseli, whom I had first got to know online. I shared a group photograph from the meeting: a small pause in the journey, with a connection that began on a screen becoming a meeting in person.
That is the whole story behind this travel note. No formal event or partnership was announced. Just a brief visit, a photograph together and a thank-you to a fellow Albanian we met along the road.
A reader challenged how I spoke about Albanian identity. I agreed that I could approach the conversation more gently.
