Why I share these videos freely

A reader told me that people should pay for these videos, that we did not deserve to receive them free. I understood the compliment. But my answer was the opposite: you do deserve good things.

I spoke about my years in Switzerland and travelling through different parts of the world. I have met many people. The connection I feel when I spend time with Albanians matters deeply to me. That is a personal feeling, and it helps explain why I keep making content for this community.

Someone benefiting from it is enough

In the reply, I described what gives me satisfaction: knowing that an Albanian somewhere in the world can benefit from something I share. I do not need something back from that person for the effort to feel worthwhile.

That was my answer to the suggestion that these particular videos should be paid for. If a thought, an experience or an explanation helps someone, I am glad they could receive it freely.

Make something useful for each other

I also asked other people to create, help and encourage one another. We can make useful content for each other instead of keeping everything to ourselves.

The reply was not a business model or a promise about every future project. It was a straightforward explanation of why I share these videos: when someone benefits, that already gives me something back.
