At Königsplatz, a shape that reminded me of the plisi

At Königsplatz in Munich, I noticed headwear on a sculpted figure that reminded me of the Albanian plisi. I shared the clip as a question about our history.

A resemblance is a starting point for curiosity. It does not, on its own, identify a figure or prove the origin of a garment. Munich’s official city guide describes Königsplatz as a nineteenth-century neoclassical ensemble inspired by ancient Greece. The city’s account of Königsplatz.

I have kept the original observation here without turning it into a confirmed historical identification. To go further, we would need the name and date of the particular sculpture and its catalogue description.
