On October 10, I invited people to pause with me at 22:00 for a spontaneous ten-minute live meditation.

The invitation was simple: come as you are. Take a few minutes to breathe, quiet the mind and return to yourself. There was no need to arrive in a particular mood or turn the moment into another task.

Afterwards, I sent a thank-you from Rome to the more than 4,000 participants I reported in my follow-up post. Thank you to everyone who shared those minutes with us.
