Be The One reached 431 beta testers before I had given permission for the release. AI had launched it. I had not expected that.
“It is what it is.” That was my reaction when I shared it.
There is excitement in finally getting something into people’s hands. But building the app and deciding to release it are two different decisions. The second one still needs a person to own it.
For me, this is the useful question behind the surprise: when we give AI room to work, have we made the point where it must stop and ask clear enough?
Moving quickly is valuable. Knowing who decides when the work goes live matters too.
