Useful business idea feedback begins with a clear problem and an answerable question.
In this video’s caption, I invited people to share their business ideas and questions in the comments. A good conversation starts much faster when someone can understand what you are trying to build.
“What do you think of my idea?” is a big question. Give it a shape. Who is it for, what problem does it solve, and what do you need to learn next?
Give business idea feedback a clear purpose
Start with a person and a situation. Explain what is difficult for them and how they currently deal with it. Then describe your proposed solution in ordinary language.
If you have already tried something, include what happened. A conversation with a possible customer, a rough prototype or a repeated question can provide context. Make clear which parts you have observed and which are still assumptions.
Ask one answerable question
Choose the part where feedback would help most. Is the problem clear? Is your explanation confusing? Who would be a useful person to speak with? A narrow question gives people a better chance to offer a useful response.
Here is a simple format: “I want to help [person] with [problem]. Today they use [current approach]. I am trying [idea]. So far I have learned [observation]. My question is [specific question].”
Share only what you are comfortable discussing publicly. You can explain a problem without posting a customer’s private information or confidential business details.
Bring your question to the original TikTok conversation. Feedback is something to examine and test; the next decision remains yours. For the wider starting point, read my article on AI, content and community.
