After Civita, or Çifti, we continued towards Frascineto. My short road video marks the move from one Arbëreshë settlement in Calabria to another.

Italy’s official tourism portal identifies Frascineto as an Arbëreshë municipality at the foot of the Pollino massif. It describes a community in which language, customs and the Byzantine rite remain part of local life.

This is a travel note from the journey between the two places. The library visit and the conversations that followed deserve their own stories; the road clip captures the simple anticipation of arriving somewhere new.
