Twelve balls. Four children. Whoever gets five first wins.
Three each would be easy: twelve divided by four. Five changes the game. Now everyone has to make a little more effort.
That is the whole idea I shared. Simple, active and fun. We do not need to turn every moment with children into a complicated programme.
Sometimes one small change to a rule is enough to make an ordinary game interesting. The number of balls stays the same. The challenge changes.
Try it in a clear space with soft balls and rules everyone understands. Keep it playful. The point is spending time together, not making winning the most important thing.
