Connecting the dots

I always try to connect my dots. But it’s only possible looking backwards. In my journey during the last 10 years since I’m an entrepreneur, many doors have been closed. Many rejections. I was frustrated.

And now? I’m so happy about every single one.

Because now they all make sense. Many would have been big mistakes or lead me towards something I didn’t really want but tried to get.

So often things that didn’t happen, protected us from going in the wrong direction.

I now trust more often my gut.

That feeling of intuition.

It doesn’t let us down.

We shouldn’t ignore it.

I trust.

How I use Email

Or should I say Gmail? Anyway – email is email.

I did it 10 years wrong, until I learned it: the easy way is the best way.

Most people struggle a lot with keeping their inbox clean.

I’ve seen some – Oh my God – with 4’733 unread emails. I never have anxiety – but in those cases it gets me.

How to help Xhepa in 5min

I get once in a while – more often than not – requests from family and friends who want that I employ their relatives who live in Kosova, North-Macedonia, Albania or Serbia.

The position doesn’t matter to them – important for them is just that “they work something…

In most cases, those are 16-20 year young boys or girls with almost no experience in anything and just expect to get everything ready served.

How I help and then decide who really deserves the help.

When you find your love

Finding your love is finding yourself. It’s finding your path and a person that really gets you, because you get that person, because it’s you.

Sounds weird? You’ll know when you get there, but let me try explaining:

Are you being true to yourself? Honest? Probably not.

Do you feel bad? Good or even great? Whatever and however you feel, that’s okay, because that’s where you are right now in your life.

Words I didn’t remember

While explaining to Eduard some parts that I had read in the books ‘Atomic Habits’ and ‘The Almanack of Naval Ravikant’ I couldn’t explain three words.

So just for the case, here they are – for my future self and for you, just in case:

1. Word “devour” –> The best book is the one you devour.

eat (food or prey) hungrily or quickly. // read quickly and eagerly.
“she spent her evenings devouring the classics”

Three ways to find your dream job

1. Start a company & employ yourself. (What I decided to do 10 years ago)

2. Find a company that has the same values and a vision that fits you. (I guess possible, but rather difficult)

3. Do “What feels like play to you, but looks like work to others” (Naval // that’s the next level I want to reach)
